As a Baby Boomer, I’m not sure if we need to develop a Millennial Mindset as indicated in this article. However, I have long been an advocate of recognising the importance of understanding how those around us think, feel and connect with the world around them. In order to lead and engage with all generations in the workplace, we must keep up with all the new technology, social media and ways of communicating that engages all those around us.
