Patti Gwynne
Patti has more than 30 years experience working in leadership roles as a Business owner, Director and in the last twelve years as a Professional Leadership Coach. Patti combines her solid business and leadership background with proven coaching models to support the delivery of sustainable solutions to her clients. She has a passion for working with individuals in leadership roles to develop and align their wisdom and values with the organisations deliverables.
Patti has a particular interest in Coaching for Wisdom as her clients navigate and lead in an ever changing world. As a Leadership Wisdom coach, blogger, student of life and work design and a hobby artist, Patti brings life experience, a quirky humour, compassion and a fundamental belief in the wisdom contained in us all, to her coaching partnerships.
Qualifications
She has been awarded the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation. Patti is an Assessor and Award Board member for the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches responsible for accreditation of a WABC global credential for coach training programs. She is a graduate of the Forton Group, Developing Leadership Coaching Programme and a Licenced Facilitator of the Corporate Coachu Coaching Clinic.
Professional Development
Patti is committed to actively educating the coaching profession to work at the highest level of ethics, standards and accountability. During the last twelve years Patti has worked closely with the International Coach Federation, as her Professional Body, in various leadership roles. She was President of the Auckland/Northland Branch for several years. She was on the Australasian Board as Director of Membership for 5 years and in 2009 took on the Presidency/Chair of the Australasian Board. This was a time of huge change in the organisational and financial structure for over 1200 coach members throughout Australasia. Patti led the Board and the members representing New Zealand and Australia through a collaborative process of consultation and eventual delivery of a robust and future focused membership capability model.
Patti is a member of a Peer Coaching supervision group and has regular one:one supervision.
