Brene Brown – Embracing Vulnerability
We think in vulnerability as a dark emotion like fear and shame, we don’t want to be vulnerable because that means I’m at risk, I’m afraid, I’m exposed and we say to ourselves I don’t want to be like this. Vulnerability is the centre of difficult emotion but is the birth place as the positive emotions.
